[Hardy-l] Folk traditions

Thanks for that info, Rosemarie. I have searched through that and have found
nothing, and for Roy and Paul - dead of alive, I have Ruth Firor's book, but
it was earlier, Victorian volumes of folk tradition to which I was
referring. I believe he must have had access to some because I believe,
according to the "Life" that he and his wife researched folk traditions for
both Cornwall and Dorset area. I realise, too, he must have had long
conversations with Barnes, but it's reference books he may have used which I
am searching for. 
One question, however, is the Association list of books at Max Gate a
definitive list or were there others which may be in the Dorset County
Museum?
