Thanks for the greeting Rosemarie.
I can't see the picturesque scene you mention when I visit
the TTHA website.
I am wondering if it is the same one used by Kathie's predecessor
Shannon Rogers(who also attributed the scene to Jim Gibson)which
used to be visible to the casual visitor to your site.

If so, it might be be worth noting that it is,
as I pointed out to Shannon, not Beeny Cliff at all but a view
of the north side of Pentargan Bay. Beeny Cliff, as
depicted in Hardy's famous sketch with Emma as "the figure
in the scene" is about a mile further north. I have shown it
with Hardy's sketch in the commentary to my recording
of "Beeny Cliff" on the SEGR Music website:

www.segr-music.net

Roy.

Cheers to all --Oh and by the way Kathie -- how about a note at the foot of
Jim Gibson's picturesque scene on the cover page to the Reviews Page to say
that the image is of Beeny Cliff -- (which it is)

Rosemarie
