'Rime' is one of my favorite words. Bet TH uses it, just can't remember
where...certainly in the poetry.
--Joan Sheski
Here are the listings in Martin Ray's extremely useful Concordance to The
Complete Poems:
And peered in the rime 283/27-"Lament," line 27
And she's gone, craving warmth. The rime sticks like
a skin to me; 485/14-"The Tree and the Lady," line 14
And the trees shed on me their rime and hoar,
27/7-"Her Death and After," line 7
Somewhiles in springtide rime, 696/13-"A Night of
Questionings," line 13
The rime was on the spray, 254/3-"When I Set Out for
Lyonnesse," line 3 [Probably the most famous useage--wwm]
This year with frost and rime 445/10-"A Backward
Spring," line 10
Till the rime made them plain. 702/10-"A Light
Snow-Fall After Frost," line 10
Cheers,
Bill Morgan
