[hardy-l] Tess - Angel not charged

I tend to agree that the case against Angel as an accessory after the
fact would be weak, given the problems with the elements of knowledge
and assistance that Phillip and others have noted.   When the facts are
scrutinized closely, it seems that Hardy took extraordinary pains to
keep Angel on the straight and narrow, as Keith says.  Before the
current discussion I never realized how careful Hardy was in this
respect.
