[hardy-l] "Oh--" ....censorship!

I looked over the CD and noticed that when Tess sees Groby in the bird 
shoot scene she does say :"Oh!  Sh...........::"  (which could have been Oh 
Shit but I don't think so for that era.)  Maybe the film crew thought an 
abbreviated Oh Shit response wd have been appropriate  but I really don't 
think so.


I would suggest that  the director wished to convey Tess' disgust and 
horror and left it as "Oh Sh ...." for the modern audience  ==  It is 
definitely "Oh Sh ........"  Could this mean something I know not what of?
