[hardy-l] Hardy Conference in France

I'm curious about anyone else's experience of sending a proposal to the
Hardy conference in Rouen that Rosemarie mentioned.  I did that back in
November 2008 and never received confirmation that it had been received,
nor have I been informed of acceptance or non-acceptance.  Has anybody
else experienced the same lack of response, or should I just take this
is as a sophisticated French way of indicating the organizers aren't
interested in my paper?  It wouldn't be the first time I've received
that message from a conference (nor, I'm sure, will it be the last).
