There there,Carolyn.   Only a few more minutes before blastoff I'm sure.
It takes us provincial types longer to fathom what you are supposed to 
be on about.   It sounds to me as if you are disappointed at the lack of
fulmination but we are astonished at the depth of your musical literacy
not to mention your expectations of what might have been Hardy's.

Tell us some more about heavy metal and the darkness of the Polish character

that exudes it.   Is it brass (bold), iron(cold), plutonium(devastating) or
merely
leaden?   Some believe it is just deafening...
